Cancellation Policy
You must cancel or reschedule appointment within 24 hours of scheduled time to receive full refund. Appointments cancelled within the 24 hour period will receive 50% refund. If you are more than 5 minutes late to the appointment, appointment will need to be rescheduled for a different time slot. You will have one complimentary reschedule. If you are late to two consecutive appointments, your funds will be forfeit.
